I highly recommend Frew Plumbing, Heating, and AC. They have excellent communication and arrive when they say they will arrive. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. They have helped us on numerous occasions with issues we have had with our house.

I've used Frew H&P for years. They have a very nice package deal that covers a yearly furnace inspection and A/C inspection. When it comes time, they call you to set up your appointment. The technician that usually services me (Eric) explains if he thinks I will be coming up on some extra maintenance work (such as getting new burners). I appreciate that he thinks ahead for me so that I don't have any emergencies. I highly recommend Frew. Very professional and PROMPT.

I have received excellent heating, air conditioning and plumbing services as provided by Frew over several years. The workmen come on time, provide good service and clean up upon completion of their work. I recommend Frew to any prospective clients.

Frew has been great. Very good in getting appointments set up quickly. Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly skilled craftsmen. Willing to explain things so you can understand what’s going on and able to fix the problem. Nice working with a family business and experts that have been with Frew for a good while.

I have used Frew Plumbing a number of times over the last 40 years. My last issue was with my heating system and even though they were extremely busy, they arrived promptly and got my furnace repaired. I have found them to be friendly technicans, very knowledgeable and thorough and fairly priced. I will continue to use them for future plumbing/heating issues.

Andrew came out and fixed our problem without needing new parts.
He was honest, efficient, and saved us money by not selling us the new parts (plus the labor for it!).
Very much appreciated!

What a terrible communication company. Inquired about a pretty straightforward service over three weeks ago still yet to hear a definitive answer. A dispatcher or operator lady tried to contact me a few times and tried to convince the message to the chief Plumber coordinator, but nothing came out of it . Obviously, I’m not looking forward to it anymore, but looked like a decent company, Haven’t produced an estimate or work plan for over three weeks. If you can’t do the job, just say that you can do the job but dragging feet like that just kills the vibe! Disappointed.
